After a year-long intensive training with the QSCA and gaining my coaching certification, I am stunned at how the tools and processes I've learnt continue to transform the lives of both my clients and myself. It's all about mindset. And Energy. And deeply ingrained beliefs that we picked up from childhood that are still subconsciously running the show today. Together, we'll look at old programs that need to be upgraded for our adult lives. Simple, but not easy, as we're creatures of habit. It's my passion to get you back on your natural success track and help keep you on it. Through this process, you will learn to adopt new empowering habits and literally rewire yourself for success!

 

I believe that true success is synonymous with happiness. The two go hand in hand. I don't think we are truly successful if we're not happy at the same time. With almost 20 years as an actress, I've had my lion's share of both failure and success. The difference now is how I experience them and how embracing my so-called failures just leads to more success.

 

As Richard Branson says, 'Fun is the most underused and underrated factor of Success', so let's remember to enjoy this journey. Aside from the QSCA method, I include tools from a vast array of inspiring leaders in Business, Neuroscience, Spirituality and Personal Growth. The late great Paramahansa Yogananda beautifully said, 'Success is not to be measured by how much material wealth is possessed, but whether you are able to create at will what you need.' My own rather successful teacher, Christy Whitman, says, 'Your outer reality is a direct reflection of how you feel about yourself', and this is an important concept for us to explore. A big part of the process is to help you learn to feel amazing about YOU and see how that fundamentally transforms whatever you thought possible for your life.
